01Weeks 1–3Survey and consent
A condition survey and listed building consent for every repair.
02Weeks 4–9Cement off, lime on
Hard cement render removed and the walls left to dry before new lime.
03Weeks 10–13Sash windows
Fourteen box sashes taken to the workshop, repaired and draught-proofed.
04Weeks 14–18Roof and flint
Clay tiles relaid, lead renewed, flint panels repointed.
05Weeks 19–22Services
New heating and wiring threaded through old routes with care.
06Weeks 23–26Limewash and handover
Limewash inside and out, floors oiled and a final walk-round.
