What we collect
When you send an enquiry or an application we collect the details you give us: your name, email, phone number, postcode and what you tell us about your house or your work.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you, to arrange a survey or interview, and to prepare a quote. We never sell or share them for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t become jobs are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for 7 years for tax and warranty purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email us and we’ll reply within a month.
