Five steps, one person you can always call.
We run every job the same way: a free survey, a fixed written quote, a week-by-week programme, a weekly photo update and a 10-year guarantee.

Within two weeks · free
Survey visit
Ruth or Tom visits, looks at the house, measures and listens. We tell you straight away if planning, party walls or a structural engineer will be needed, and roughly what it might cost.

Within ten working days
Drawings & fixed quote
For extensions and lofts our architect partners draw it; for kitchens and joinery we draw it ourselves. You get a line-by-line written quote: no vague totals, and every provisional sum explained.

Usually 8–12 weeks ahead
Booking & programme
A 5% deposit books your start date. Before we start you get a week-by-week programme: which rooms close when, when water and power go off, and when the noisy weeks are.

Weekly photo updates
The build
Our own site manager, carpenters, plasterer and joiners, with trusted local electricians and plumbers. A tidy site, dust screens, and a written update with photos every Friday.

10-year guarantee
Snagging & handover
We walk round with you, fix anything that isn’t right, clean thoroughly and hand over certificates, warranties and a folder of every material we used.
