Quotes
Our quotes are valid for 60 days and are based on the drawings and survey at the time. Changes you ask for are priced in writing before we do them.
Payments
A 5% deposit books your start date. Stage payments are due within 7 days of each invoice. 5% is held back until snagging is signed off.
Guarantee
We guarantee our workmanship for 10 years from handover, backed by an insurance-backed warranty through the Federation of Master Builders.
Cancellations
You can cancel within 14 days of accepting a quote for a full refund of your deposit, unless work has already started at your request.
